Comments: DO NOT STAY HERE! The dirtiest campground I have ever stayed. The toilet was overflowing, the shower was extremely dirty, and there are cars everywhere! No sign of campground management, and this place is a free-for-all in terms of noise & pet control. The long term campsites are allowed to have any and all kind of trash stored there, and the temporary sites are free to have as many cars as you can stick in the site (and the adjoining sites). I definitely will not be staying here ever again. There is a great KOA down the road in Middleboro--stay there instead!

Comments: I will not return to Ellis Haven to camp. Owner is rude and arrogant. He ignores all requests to talk to him. Staff at front desk is unfriendly and not very accommodating. Teenagers are not welcome and are treated like third class citizens. Sites are small and cramped. It could be a nice place to camp, but you do not feel welcome. Seasonal campers are friendlier than the staff. I will not vacation here again and give this man my hard earned money!!

Comments: Overall the campground looks fine upon arrival, with nice trees and swimming areas but beware. Some camp sites can flood during a rain. Our tents were 4" deep in water. Could find no help from camp staff at night so my wife and kids all had to sleep in the car that night in our wet clothes. Tried to get some kind of response from the owner and he is always unavailable to talk. I don't blame him for the weather but to be flooded out of our site, sleep in our car, and then not to be able to take a shower in the morning due to showers eating 4 quarters without operating, I do feel justified in asking for a refund. But to all my requests to just talk about it ( 8 so far) I am ignored. With over 40 years of camping experience this was the worst night of my life and the worst treatment by the staff I have ever experienced. I don't want to make trouble but I also don't want anyone else to have to go through what we endured.

Comments: Take a walk around the place and you will be surprised at some of the "additions" that are added to the seasonal campers, it sure made the place look dumpy. I also spent my time here worrying about the domestic rabbits that are dumped around the campground, Trust me, I won't be going back to this place.
