Comments: We went yesterday and it was totally disappointing. We enjoyed viewing the sea lions much more at Newport Bay where you could get close and it was free. We drove for over an hour and paid 10.00 a head for adults 6.00 for kids and were completely done looking at the limited exhibit in 20 minutes. Would not recommend it. Poor Value. You just get to look into the cave through a little netted area.

Comments: WOW! What an experience visiting the Sea Lion Caves! It is most assuredly on my list for another visit! Seeing these massive mammals in their natural habitat was wonderful. The coast in that area is breathtaking, you can take a stroll to a classic working lighthouse a little ways up from the caves. Many Sea Lions were out of the caves and relaxing on huge rocks sunning themselves. I can't imagine ANYONE being disappointed after a visit to this wonderful place! Thanks for creating a way for people to have such an exciting and educational experience!

Comments: We made a trip up the Oregon coast and stopped here. It is very interesting to go down the elevator and see the Stellar Sea Lions in their natural habitat. The video of the Sea Lions was great too. I also enjoyed the view of the Heceta Head Lighthouse that can be seen from the deck. Don't miss this one.

Comments: I first visited these caves as a young girl in the 50's when you had to walk down a gillion stairs to reach them. I went back about five years ago and imagine my surprise--an elevator! These caves are fabulous!

Comments: What a cool place! The caves with all those seals in it were great! We also liked the elevator ride down, just like an amusement park ride. The had some nice things in the gift shop, too, and a great ocean view. Next time we will bring a jacket 'cause it's cold down there.
